Picking up my Curbside Pickup order:

PLEASE NOTE: Please use the Order Note or Chat feature to request to pay by debit card, use any point redemptions or communicate any changes to your order. All motorized vehicles are eligible for Curbside Pickup. Curbside orders that are not picked up within 8 hours of being placed will be cancelled.

1. Arrive to the store & park in one of our designated Curbside Pickup parking spaces.

2. Scan the QR code to let us know your parking space & order number.

3. Present your valid, Government-issued ID & medical ID (if medical patient) to your curbside attendant.

PLEASE NOTE: Only the person picking up the order in the vehicle must be 21+. The name on the order, person collecting the order and ID must all match.

4. Review your order with your curbside cashier, pay & enjoy!

Picking up my Express Pickup order:

PLEASE NOTE: Please use the Order Note or Chat feature to request to pay by debit card, use any point redemptions or communicate any changes to your order. Express orders that are not picked up within 8 hours of being placed or by midnight each day will be cancelled.

1. Arrive to the store & go to the Express Pickup counter (previously the reception desk).

2. Provide the attendant with your order number.

3. Present your valid, Government-issued ID & medical ID (if medical patient) to the attendant.

4. Review your order with your express cashier, pay & enjoy!

Getting my Delivery order:

1. You will receive verification texts when your delivery route has begun & when your driver is nearing your address.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only deliver to private residences where no gaming is present. There is a $75 delivery minimum. The name on the order, person collecting the order and ID must all match. Please use the Order Note or Chat feature to request to pay by debit card, use any point redemptions or communicate any changes to your order before the order is en route.
